The Role
We are hiring a Warehouse & Logistics Executive to run day-to-day fulfilment operations at Pekko. This is a hands-on, process-driven role — you will personally handle the picking, quality-checking, packing, and dispatch of every Pekko order.
You will report to the Assistant Manager — Warehousing & Logistics, and work closely with our customer support team and logistics partners.
What You Will Own
- Receiving finished goods from manufacturing and organising them in the warehouse by SKU and batch
- Picking, quality-checking, and packing every customer order to Pekko's brand standards
- Generating shipping labels through the logistics partner platform and marking orders fulfilled in Shopify and other platforms like Amazon, Nykaa etc.
- Coordinating daily pickups with logistics partners and tracking dispatched shipments
- Handling return shipments — inspection, restocking, and coordination with customer support
- Maintaining accurate physical inventory counts, batch numbers, and expiry-date records
- Flagging low-stock, damaged-stock, or delivery escalations to the Assistant Manager on the same day
- Working with the customer support team on order-related issues — delays, damages, wrong items, missing pieces
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and audit-ready at all times
What We Are Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in warehouse operations, D2C fulfilment, or e-commerce dispatch
- Familiarity with Shopify order management and courier partner platforms
- Attention to detail — packing quality and inventory accuracy matter as much as speed
- Physically comfortable with warehouse work — lifting, standing, sorting for extended periods
- Clear communication in written English for customer support and logistics coordination
- Reliability, punctuality, and ownership — this is a role where consistency compounds
What You Should Not Expect
- A large fulfilment team to lean on — you will be the person doing the work
- Detailed SOPs for every scenario — you will help build them as we go
- Repetitive, predictable days in the early months — the operation is still being shaped

Location
Full-time, on-site at our Bengaluru warehouse.
