Responsibilities: Roles and Responsibilities: - Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for clients. - Develop personalized nutrition plans based on clients’ health goals, dietary preferences, and fitness levels. - Monitor clients’ progress and adjust nutrition plans as necessary. - Educate clients on the importance of nutrition in achieving their fitness goals. - Collaborate with personal trainers and other fitness professionals to provide holistic wellness plans. - Stay up-to-date with the latest nutritional science research and dietary guidelines. - Conduct group seminars and workshops on various nutrition-related topics. - Provide support and guidance for clients with specific dietary needs or restrictions. - Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. - Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential. - State licensure as required. - Strong understanding of nutritional science and dietary planning. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. - Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with sports nutrition. - Familiarity with dietary supplements and their appropriate use. - Ability to conduct engaging and informative presentations.
