About Manan Business Sales
Manan Business Sales is an Australian business brokerage specialising in the sale and acquisition of small and medium-sized businesses.
Our teams work across two critical areas:
- Vendor Team – contacting business owners, identifying potential businesses for sale, collecting business documentation, understanding the business, preparing information for appraisal, and progressing vendors towards a listing.
- Buyer Team – handling buyer enquiries, qualifying buyers, explaining business information and documentation, arranging inspections, managing buyer communication, and progressing suitable buyers towards offers.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Training & Quality Assurance Manager who can build a professional, structured, and repeatable training system for our growing team.
This is not a generic training position. We need someone who can understand sales processes, analyse employee performance, conduct practical training, test employees before they go live, monitor their work after onboarding, and continuously improve team performance.
