Key Responsibilities
1. Enquiry Handling & Parent Coordination
- Handle incoming enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins
- Understand parent requirements and collect student details
- Provide clear information about services, pricing, and process
- Follow up with parents for demo confirmations and class continuation
- Address basic concerns and escalate issues when required
2. Tutor Coordination & Assignment
- Identify and assign suitable tutors based on subject, location, and availability
- Coordinate demo classes and confirm schedules
- Maintain tutor availability and responsiveness records
- Ensure tutors follow communication protocols and reporting formats
- Support onboarding of new tutors and explain basic procedures
3. Payment Tracking & Collections (FOM)
- Follow up with parents for advance payments and pending dues
- Maintain records of payments, receipts, and pending amounts
- Coordinate with accounts team for payment verification
- Assist in processing tutor payment data (hours validation support)
- Support refund tracking and basic financial documentation
4. Administrative & Communication Tasks
- Maintain records of enquiries, tutor assignments, and payments
- Manage WhatsApp groups and internal communication channels
- Share updates, reports, and standard templates as required
- Ensure all processes are followed as per company guidelines
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication (English mandatory)
- Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email)
- Good organisational and multitasking ability
- Ability to handle parents and tutors professionally
- Attention to detail in records and follow-ups
Compensation
Fixed Salary: Probation salary for first 2 months, later the salary will be incremented based on performance
Incentives: Performance-based incentives will be provided based on:
- Successful tutor assignments
- Class conversions (demo to paid)
- Timely payment collections
- Overall coordination efficiency
