Job Overview
Zeplun is looking for a professional, customer-focused, and well-educated Customer Care Relationship Manager to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and be capable of handling customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams and service partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Follow up with customers until their concerns are completely resolved.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.
- Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting company service standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluent English communication (Speaking & Writing) is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, Customer Relationship Management, or a similar role is preferred.

Travel Requirement
