Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive with a background in Electronics and Automation to manage inbound and outbound sales from our office. The candidate will be responsible for client communication, product promotion, technical support, and sales closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to incoming inquiries to promote our automation products.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions (e.g., Sensors, Encoders).
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Provide basic technical support and coordinate with the engineering team for deeper technical queries.
- Maintain client database and generate regular sales reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Support field sales team with lead generation and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- BE/Diploma in Electronics or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales or technical support, preferably in automation or electronics.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of industrial automation products.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Experience:
