A US Non-IT Recruiter sources, screens, and hires candidates for non-technical US-based roles (e.g., project managers, civil engineers, accountants). Operating in the US time zone (typically night shifts in India), they manage full-cycle recruitment across various tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize premium job boards (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster) to find qualified candidates for non-IT positions.
- Screening & Evaluation: Evaluate candidate resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess applicants for role-specific skills.
- Compliance & Tax Terms: Understand and navigate US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C) and work authorization types (US Citizens, Green Card, EAD, H1B).
- Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate salary/hourly rates, and close candidates successfully.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with account managers, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring lifecycle.
- ATS Management: Track all recruitment activities, candidate pipeline, and statuses using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Core Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in 360-degree US recruitment, specifically in non-technical domains.
- Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills to effectively interview and negotiate with US professionals.
- US Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of US employment laws, visa types, and regional talent market trends.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn) and professional networking tools.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
