Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Relationship
Executive (CRE) to manage customer coordination and ensure smooth post-
sales operations. The role involves handling payment follow-ups, documentation
coordination, and maintaining accurate records of receivables and defaulters. The
ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a disciplined
approach to follow-ups and tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with customers for closing sales, payment collections, and ensure
timely realisation of receivables.
2. Maintain and track outstanding payments and defaulters, and update
customer details on ERP systems.
3. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for dispatch-related
documents such as LR, invoices, COA, and other required documents.
4. Ensure timely and accurate sharing of documents with customers.
5. Maintain proper records and documentation for all transactions and
communications.
6. Monitor and escalate delayed payments and high-risk accounts to
management.
7. Understand customer requirements and pitch company products/services
8. Assist field sales representatives for processing orders and customer
communication
Requirements and Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer coordination,
collections, or operations.
● Strong follow-up and communication skills.
● Basic understanding of invoicing, logistics documents, and payment
processes.
● Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel).
● High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
