Roles & Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom Salesforce applications.
- Implement and maintain custom objects, workflows, triggers, and process builders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Manage and maintain Salesforce releases, including production and sandbox environments.
- Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide recommendations for technical solutions.
- Proactively seek out and address any potential issues with Salesforce performance and security.
- Build and develop web services using REST, and Salesforce APIs to support various integration points with other systems.
- Develop, deploy, and integrate Business Systems / Applications that will maximize the empowerment of users, knowledge workers, power users, and functional teams with the ability to execute daily tasks with efficiency and speed with minimal reliance on IT professionals.
- Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
