About the Role
Brimbus is looking for an energetic and driven Junior Sales Executive to support new business development across branding, design, and digital services. This role is ideal for someone starting their sales career and eager to learn client acquisition, pitching, and relationship building.
Must-Have Highlights
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic presentation and persuasion ability
- 1–2 year of experience in sales/business development (freshers with strong interest can apply)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced agency environment
- Availability for occasional client meetings (if required)
- Passion for branding, marketing, and digital services
- Two-wheeler preferred for local travel
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying and generating new leads through calls, emails, and networking
- Support senior team members in client meetings and presentations
- Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with prospects
- Help prepare proposals, pitches, and presentations
- Maintain CRM records and track daily sales activities
- Research market trends and potential clients
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand service offerings
Requirements
- 1-2 year experience in sales, marketing, or business development (agency exposure is a plus)
- Basic understanding of branding, social media, and digital marketing
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Preferred)
