STAM Digital Tooling India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dedicated VMC CNC Operator to join our mould manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines to manufacture precision mould components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate VMC CNC machines for machining mould components.
- Load, set up, and secure workpieces, fixtures, and cutting tools.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, process sheets, and machining instructions.
- Perform tool offset adjustments and monitor machining operations.
- Measure finished components using precision measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and dial indicators.
- Ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Identify machining issues and report machine or tooling problems to the supervisor.
- Follow production schedules to achieve daily targets.
- Maintain workplace safety and comply with company quality standards (5S and safety procedures).
- Maintain production records and machine operation logs.
Required Qualifications
- ITI (Machinist/Turner/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and GD&T basics.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and precision measurement techniques.

Preferred Experience

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
