We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to transform raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with our clients' branding and marketing objectives. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, motion graphics, sound design, and social media content trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Editing
- Edit videos for various digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.
- Create engaging Reels, Shorts, and long-form videos.
- Edit corporate films, brand videos, testimonials, podcasts, interviews, event highlights, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure every video aligns with the client's brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Incorporate graphics, transitions, animations, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
- Perform color correction, basic color grading, and audio enhancement.
- Optimize videos for different screen formats and platform requirements.
Content Management
- Organize and maintain project files, raw footage, and editing assets.
- Manage multiple editing projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Archive completed projects systematically for future use.
Collaboration
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, social media managers, and cinematographers.
- Interpret creative briefs accurately and implement feedback efficiently.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure seamless post-production workflows.
Quality Assurance
- Review all edits before submission to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Check for spelling, subtitles, branding consistency, audio levels, and export quality.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the committed timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong storytelling and editing sense.
- Excellent understanding of pacing, rhythm, and audience engagement.
- Knowledge of different aspect ratios and platform-specific video formats.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Software Proficiency
- Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Photoshop

- DaVinci Resolve (Preferred)
Knowledge of AI-powered editing tools such as Adobe Firefly, Runway, CapCut, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Editing, Mass Communication, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications in video editing or post-production are an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–4 years of professional video editing experience.
- Agency experience will be preferred.
- A strong portfolio showcasing social media content, corporate videos, and promotional campaigns is mandatory.
