Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and experience in handling office administration while supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office schedules.
- Maintain client records, property documents, and office files.
- Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and customer follow-ups.
- Prepare reports, maintain databases, and update records accurately.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure office supplies and facilities are well maintained.
- Track office expenses and maintain administrative records.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in office administration or coordination (real estate experience is an added advantage).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
