Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Ambulance Nurse to provide emergency medical care during patient transportation. The candidate should be capable of handling emergency situations, stabilizing patients, assisting doctors/paramedics, and ensuring safe transfer to healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and provide immediate nursing care during ambulance transport.
- Monitor and record vital signs throughout patient transfer.
- Administer medications, oxygen therapy, IV fluids, and emergency treatment as prescribed.
- Assist in CPR, trauma care, and other life-saving procedures.
- Maintain and prepare emergency medical equipment and ambulance supplies.
- Ensure infection control and follow patient safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and handover reports.
- Coordinate with hospitals, doctors, paramedics, and ambulance drivers for seamless patient transfer.
- Respond quickly and effectively during medical emergencies.
Required Qualifications
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Valid Nursing Council Registration.
- 2–3 years of experience in Emergency, ICU, Trauma, or Ambulance Services.
- Certification in BLS is mandatory; ACLS is preferred.
- Knowledge of emergency medical equipment and patient transport protocols.
Required Skills
- Emergency patient assessment and critical thinking.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations.
- Excellent clinical and documentation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintaining patient records.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Emergency Department (ER), ICU, Trauma Care, or Ambulance Services.
- Familiarity with emergency response protocols and patient stabilization during transport.
Salary 20000 to 22000
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
