Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide sales and technical support, focusing on converting qualified leads into clients to drive revenue growth.
- Engage with potential clients through digital platforms, explaining product/service features with a problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
- Understand client requirements and map them to suitable solutions, leveraging analytical and technical thinking.
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) to coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and support) for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Respond to client queries efficiently, including basic technical clarifications, to enhance customer confidence and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, follow structured processes, and contribute insights to improve lead conversion strategies.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team targets for lead conversions and service enrollments.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in any discipline (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Mechanical, etc.).
- 0–2 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, business development, or client engagement roles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle objections logically and close deals with confidence.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital communication platforms, and basic data handling is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable with a proactive approach to learning and growth.
