Wedding Decor Event Handler.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: 15k - 30k
We’re looking for a proactive Event Handler who can manage both pre-event planning and on-site execution seamlessly.
Role Overview:
Handle pre-event procurement of materials and requirements
Coordinate with designers for design understanding & execution flow
Manage and supervise site supervisors & on-ground team
Ensure smooth on-site setup, timelines, and quality control
Take ownership of end-to-end event execution.
Requirements:
Experience in wedding/event execution preferred
Strong coordination and team management skills
Ability to handle pressure and multitask efficiently
Good communication and problem-solving ability
Understanding of materials and production is a plus.
