Recruiting Advocates for my office which specializes in insolvency law and commercial litigation. You are expected to appear before the High Court of Karnataka, DRT, NCLT, Civil Court & other courts/arbitration tribunals in Bangalore. Hence good drafting, research, and presentation skills are a prerequisite. Candidates who can read Kannada (Trial Court!) will be preferred. However, the Kannada requirement is not an absolute bar and can be relaxed in case of suitable candidates. Salary will be commensurate with your skill & experience.
