We are hiring a Content Creator for a leading real estate company in Zirakpur. The role involves planning, directing, and executing high-impact content strategies for social media and digital platforms. The candidate will work with an in-house team of videographers, editors, designers, and marketers to create engaging content that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. No shooting or video editing is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Direct video shoots, reels, walkthroughs, testimonials, podcasts, and promotional content.
- Develop creative concepts, scripts, storyboards, and content calendars.
- Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing teams to ensure timely execution.
- Research real estate trends, viral content, and competitor strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support campaign objectives.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Content Creation, Content Strategy, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Creative Direction (any industry).
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging social media trends.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
- Experience in directing creative teams is preferred.
- Real estate experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
