Work you'll do
As an Associate on the Learning Design Services (LDS) team, you will be responsible for:
- Translate storyboards and project requirements into learning solutions and creative assets
- Develop design concepts to visually communicate processes, ideas, and learning content
- Research graphic design trends and apply current practices in day-to-day work
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and support junior team member development
- Escalate issues affecting timelines, quality, or scope of development work
The team
The LDS team in India focuses on designing and implementing organizational learning to enhance our own workforce’s capabilities and improve their clients’ outcomes. The LDS team is involved in designing and developing learning solutions to meet our clients’ business and learning needs, keeping the next generation workforce in the center. The team works on video-based, game-based, traditional e-learning, ILTs, VILTs, and experimental learning.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 5-7 years of experience developing and editing learning media, including user interface and user experience design, website design, e-learning courses, motion graphics, infographics, print design, and audio editing
- Experience using Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Experience using Adobe Animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere, and audio editing software
- Experience creating freehand and digital illustrations
- Experience developing storyboards, design concepts, and final deliverables based on client briefs
- Experience working with stakeholders across geographies to gather requirements and clarify scope
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Fine Arts, Bachelor of Design, or diploma in graphic design or web design
- Experience conducting knowledge transfer sessions or mentoring junior team members
- Experience applying current graphic design trends in corporate or learning environments
- Experience managing multiple design assignments and meeting deadlines during peak periods
- Experience identifying project risks, coordinating issue resolution, and escalating issues when needed
- Portfolio demonstrating visualization skills for learning solutions and graphic elements
