Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Business Development professional to drive business growth by generating leads, developing client relationships, and closing deals. The candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to identify new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through networking, market research, and lead generation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution and client servicing
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Maintain client data and sales reports using CRM tools
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client management in Real Estate industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Target-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools
