Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations including maintenance, housekeeping, security and utilities across all locations.
- Plan and manage preventive maintenance schedules for equipment, electrical, HVAC and other infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations across all facilities.
- Manage vendor contracts for housekeeping, security, maintenance and other facility services.
- Monitor and control facility-related budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate space planning, seating arrangements and office/store setups as required.
- Handle facility-related emergencies and ensure business continuity.
- Maintain records of assets, AMC contracts and statutory licenses/approvals.
- Conduct regular audits/inspections of facilities and implement corrective actions.
- Support new office/store setups and renovations in coordination with the Projects team.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
