You are part of a global leadership team who is ensuring BASF ‘s business continuity by providing stable platforms for the very large global SAP landscape of BASF group based on innovative technologies and state of the art operation for a leading chemical company. We are in the middle of our S/4 transformation project and are ramping up a significant team in our new Digital Hub in Hyderabad, India. This position offers the opportunity to build something new and become a cornerstone of the long ‑ term operational backbone of our global S/4 landscape. Now is the time to take a new step: Own it. While we have a focus on SAP Authorization, we are very much welcoming candidate with a broader SAP experience, mainly with Test & release management , deployment & SAP development management and cross SAP services .
Here are some of your key responsibilities, which can be applied to SAP cross topics beyond authorizations:
Completed university degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or Computer Science with several years of professional experience
Several years of professional experience in various areas in the IT/digital environment, including SAP, as well as experience in application projects
Practiced leadership skills (orchestration and management of cross-functional topics), entrepreneurial thinking and organizational awareness
Ability to critically question the status quo and openness for new trends and innovations
Strong communication skills, effective communication and very good written and spoken English skills
Good conflict management skills, high customer orientation and empathy when dealing with stakeholders across the organization
