Core Responsibilities
- Reception & Hospitality: Greet, welcome, and guide visitors, clients, and vendors, ensuring a professional and hospitable environment.
- Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, route them to respective departments, and manage official emails, inquiries, and WhatsApp messages.
- Administrative Support: Assist management and various departments with clerical duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and managing office calendars.
- Mail & Courier: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries accurately.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, book meeting rooms, and assist with setting up events.
- Inventory & Procurement: Monitor office supplies, manage inventory records, and place orders for replacements as needed.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
