The Manager – Sales & Operations is responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring smooth day-to-day operational efficiency. This role bridges sales strategy and execution with operational planning, ensuring targets are met and processes run effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience:
- 5+ years in sales and operations management (preferably in manufacturing/ Building material industry)
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Lead, guide, and monitor the sales team's performance
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate between departments (sales, logistics, accounts, etc.)
- Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement
- Implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
