Job Summary
Customer is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce functional expertise to support its ELEVATE Territory Management transformation initiative. The role combines business analysis, Salesforce consulting, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery within a global product organization.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and testing teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions across Salesforce and related enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
Define future-state processes and solution requirements
Facilitate decision-making and challenge requirements when appropriate
Territory design and planning support
Sales process optimization
Functional solution design
User journey mapping
Impact and gap analysis
Functional validation
Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Participate in Scrum ceremonies
Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
Clarify requirements for development teams
Collaborate with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
Support release planning and deployment readiness
Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Validate delivered functionality
Coordinate defect resolution
Facilitate business sign-off
