About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to generate new leads, meet clients, arrange site visits, present our interior solutions, negotiate with customers, and close profitable interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through builders, architects, real-estate agents, referrals, networking, digital leads and cold calling.
- Find and develop new residential, commercial and office clients.
- Understand client requirements, budget, location and project timeline.
- Arrange and attend client meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate with the design team for proposals and quotations.
- Present interior design and turnkey solutions to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed projects.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Maintain daily CRM and sales reports.
- Build strong relationships with builders, architects, developers, property consultants and existing clients.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
- Experience in interior, architecture, construction, real estate or building materials is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and target-oriented approach.
- Professional appearance and confidence in dealing with premium clients.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Knowledge of basic interior/construction terms is an advantage.
Performance will be measured based on:
- New leads
- Client meetings
- Site visits
- Quotations
- Project closures
- Sales collections
Salary & Incentives
₹25,000 to ₹50,000 fixed salary + ₹5,000 travel allowance
Additional:
- 0.5% to 1% commission on actual project collections
- Monthly target-based bonus
