Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Vendor Relationship Manager to build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and external service providers. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth vendor engagement, effective communication, timely delivery coordination, commercial alignment, and long-term business collaboration.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, negotiation capabilities, commercial understanding, and the ability to drive vendor performance while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with vendors and strategic partners.

Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor communications and escalations.

Build long-term partnerships to ensure operational continuity and business growth.

Conduct regular vendor review meetings and performance discussions.
Communication & Coordination

Ensure timely, transparent, and proactive communication with vendors.

Coordinate between internal departments and external vendors for smooth execution of projects and procurement activities.

Resolve vendor-related issues efficiently and professionally.
Commercial & Contract Management

Support commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, payment terms, and service agreements.

Monitor vendor billing, payment cycles, and outstanding issues in coordination with finance teams.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Vendor Performance & Compliance

Track vendor KPIs, quality standards, delivery timelines, and service performance.

Identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives.

Ensure vendors comply with organizational standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
Data & Stakeholder Management

Maintain accurate vendor records, engagement history, and performance data.

Generate vendor performance reports and management insights.

Collaborate with procurement, operations, finance, and project teams for seamless execution.
Strategic Sourcing & Business Growth

Identify opportunities for vendor optimization and cost efficiency.

Support onboarding of new vendors and supplier evaluation processes.

Build strategic vendor partnerships to improve business capability and scalability.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Gather feedback from internal stakeholders regarding vendor performance.
