Key Responsibilities - Western line ( Between Borivali to Churchgate)
Project Coordination & Execution for commercial business
* Assist in planning, scheduling, and execution of glass partition projects.
* Coordinate with design, production, purchase, and site teams.
* Track project timelines and ensure milestone adherence.
* Support site mobilization, measurements, and installation readiness.
Site Management
* Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and workmanship quality.
* Ensure proper installation as per drawings and approved specifications.
* Resolve site-level issues related to profiles, glass, hardware, and finishes.
* Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping at site.
Material & Resource Planning
* Prepare material requirements based on drawings and BOQ.
* Coordinate with purchase for timely material procurement.
* Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
* Plan manpower deployment as per site progress.
Client & Vendor Coordination
* Act as a point of contact for clients for site-related matters.
* Coordinate with vendors, fabricators, and installers.
* Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
Quality Control
* Ensure profiles, glass, and fittings meet quality standards.
* Check alignment, gaps, finishing, and overall aesthetics.
* Maintain snag list and ensure closure before handover.
Documentation & Billing Support
* Maintain daily/weekly site progress reports.
* Support preparation of RA bills and measurement sheets.
* Track variations, extra works, and approvals.

Required Skills & Competencies
* Strong knowledge of interior glass partition systems, profiles, and hardware.
* Ability to read drawings and BOQ.
* Good site management and coordination skills.
* Problem-solving attitude for site challenges.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and reporting.
* Good communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience
* Diploma / BE in Civil / Mechanical / Interior related field.
* 4 years of experience in interior works / glass partitions / aluminum systems.
* Experience in handling commercial interior project sites.
Below are few criteria
- Should be from western line ( Between Borivali to Churchgate)
- Should be good with English
- Should have basic knowledge about Excel and AutoCAD
- Person with Bike is preferred
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
