Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the BIM team.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders.
- Manage BIM workflows, standards, and project deliverables.
- Perform quality checks and resolve coordination issues.
- Conduct clash detection and ensure model accuracy.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Architecture, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–6 years of experience in BIM and Revit.
- Experience leading Architecture, Structure, and MEP BIM teams.
- Strong knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination.
- Experience with clash detection and quality assurance.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
