Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Apple Product Trainer to strengthen the capabilities of our B2B sales network. The incumbent will be responsible for designing and delivering product and sales training programs across Apple Business Partner stores, ensuring dealer sales teams and promoters possess in-depth product knowledge, effective selling skills, and deliver an exceptional Apple customer experience.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in the mobile, consumer electronics, or premium technology industry, with a passion for coaching, mentoring, and driving retail excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Sales Training
- Deliver comprehensive product training on the complete Apple ecosystem, including Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and Apple Accessories.
- Conduct induction, refresher, and launch training programs for dealer sales teams and Apple promoters.
- Ensure all participants are equipped with the latest product knowledge, features, competitive positioning, and sales techniques.
B2B Dealer Training
- Conduct regular training sessions across Apple Business Partner stores within the assigned territory.
- Train dealer sales executives, store managers, and promoters on Apple products, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
- Build strong relationships with dealer management to identify training needs and enhance team capability.
Field Coaching & Performance Development
- Conduct regular store visits to observe customer interactions and sales practices.
- Provide on-the-job coaching and constructive feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
- Support business teams in achieving sell-out targets through continuous capability development.
Training Planning & Content Development
- Develop, update, and deliver training materials, presentations, product manuals, and learning resources.
- Customize training modules based on product launches, business priorities, and market requirements.
- Ensure consistency in training delivery across all assigned dealer locations.
Performance Monitoring
- Measure training effectiveness through assessments, certifications, and post-training evaluations.
- Track knowledge retention, staff productivity, and business impact.
- Prepare and submit regular training reports, attendance records, and performance dashboards.
Business Support
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to execute product launch activities and dealer engagement programs.
- Support in-store promotional campaigns, customer events, and business initiatives to enhance Apple brand visibility.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- Professional certifications in Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in Product Training, Retail Training, or Sales Training.
- Mandatory experience in the mobile, consumer electronics, IT hardware, or premium technology industry.
- Prior experience in training dealer networks, retail sales teams, or channel partners is highly preferred.
- Experience with Apple or other premium technology brands will be an added advantage.
