Back Office/Data Entry – Job Description
A Back Office/Data Entry Executive is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in computer systems and databases. The role includes preparing reports, verifying data for accuracy, managing records, and supporting administrative operations. The candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email), attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data accurately in company systems.
Verify and maintain records and documents.
Prepare reports using MS Excel and MS Word.
Organize files and maintain databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for data-related tasks.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company information.
Skills Required:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
