Position Overview
The Director of Operations will lead the day-to-day operational strategy and execution across the organization. This role is ideal for a seasoned operations leader with a strong project management background who enjoys building systems, leading cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth and scalability.
- Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Build and optimize operational processes to improve productivity and client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with leadership to establish priorities and drive strategic initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Identify operational risks and proactively develop solutions.
- Mentor, coach, and develop managers and team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Create efficient workflows and implement best practices across departments.
- Support organizational growth by adapting quickly to changing business needs and new opportunities.
- Work closely with our USA team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10–12 years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or business leadership.
- Demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong project management expertise with the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make informed business decisions.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to evolving priorities.
