We are looking for a reliable and responsible Caretaker and Cleaner to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and general upkeep of the premises. The role involves ensuring a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas regularly
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain cleanliness standards
- Monitor and maintain supplies (cleaning materials, toiletries, etc.)
- Report any damages, repairs, or maintenance issues
- Ensure the property is secure and well-maintained
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks if required
- Follow health and safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Prior experience in cleaning or caretaker roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Good physical condition
