Job Summary
Aivida is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to transform ideas into engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Maintain and enhance design systems and UI components.
- Ensure consistency in branding and design across all digital products.
- Gather user feedback and continuously improve the user experience.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects.
- Good understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
