Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – FMCG

Location: Patna, Bihar
Hey Way International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead sales operations across the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the FMCG industry, extensive experience in channel sales, distributor management, and a proven ability to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and expand the distributor and dealer network.
- Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers (ASMs), Sales Officers (SOs), and the sales team.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure effective execution of sales strategies, trade schemes, and promotional activities.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.
- Review sales performance, market coverage, collections, and stock availability.
- Prepare sales forecasts and periodic reports.
- Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy outstanding levels.
Requirements:
- Candidates currently working with FMCG companies dealing in Personal Care and Home Care products will be mostly preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 2–3 years as a Regional Sales Manager .
- Strong experience in distributor management, channel sales, and team handling.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of the Bihar market and surrounding territories.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Proven track record of achieving regional sales targets and business growth.
Preferred Candidate:
- Candidates currently handling the Bihar region will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
