Position Overview:
We are building the next generation of enterprise automation.
As a Principal / Lead Product Manager, you will own one or more new AI-native products from concept through General Availability. Working closely with engineering, design, customers, and executive leadership, you will define products that combine traditional workload orchestration with agentic AI, modern data platforms, and enterprise automation.
This is a rare opportunity to build 0 1 enterprise products while leveraging one of the industry’s largest enterprise software install bases.

- AI Workflow Authoring & Design Copilot
- AI Operations, Explainability & Remediation
- Agentic Orchestration
- Data Orchestration & Lineage
- AI Governance, Compliance & Enterprise Controls
- AI Platform Services, Integrations & Runtime
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Customer Discovery:
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a major product area.
- Conduct customer discovery and design partner engagements to validate product direction.
- Translate customer problems into differentiated product capabilities and business value.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging AI technologies to inform product strategy.
Product Execution:
- Partner closely with Engineering and UX to deliver high-quality products from concept through launch.
- Write clear product requirements and prioritize engineering investments.
- Drive execution across cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes.
- Design AI-native experiences that balance innovation with enterprise-grade governance, security, and explainability.
Go-to-Market:
Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
Support customer briefings, analyst engagements, sales enablement, and strategic customer meetings.
Qualifications:
- 8-12+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise software.
- Proven experience delivering AI products from concept through launch.
- Strong technical background (previous experience in a Software Developer role or similar technical roles)
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native platforms, distributed systems, or enterprise infrastructure software.
- Experience working directly with enterprise customers and engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred experience:
Experience in one or more of the following:
- Enterprise Automation / Workload Automation
- Data Platforms & Data Engineering
- AI Infrastructure or Agentic AI
- Observability, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Cloud Infrastructure
- Experience with modern AI platforms, LLMs, agent frameworks, or cloud-native developer platforms
