Job Description — HR InternPosition Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This internship offers practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and administrative activities while helping the intern develop core HR skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
- Coordinate interview timings with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update attendance, leave, and other HR-related data.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal events.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR concepts and recruitment processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
Qualification:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
