Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student enrollments and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, counseling prospective students, achieving sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. Candidates with prior experience in EdTech or education sales and basic team coordination skills will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Convert inquiries into successful enrollments by understanding learner needs and recommending suitable programs.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Resolve student queries related to courses, fees, and enrollment.
- Assist in training and guiding new Business Development Executives (BDEs), when required.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
- Stay updated with course offerings, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is preferred but not mandatory.
