HR Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate candidate communication and schedule interviews.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Follow up with employees regarding pending HR documents and formalities.
- Assist with probation tracking and employee-related coordination.
- Support the implementation and communication of Company HR policies.
Administration Responsibilities
- Handle general office administration and daily operational requirements.
- Maintain office records, files and documentation.
- Coordinate office supplies, vendors and service providers.
- Handle incoming calls, emails and general office inquiries.
- Coordinate visitors, appointments and meetings.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and professional office environment.
- Report office maintenance and operational requirements to Management.
Director & Management Support
- Assist Directors with scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Maintain meeting schedules and reminders.
- Maintain task trackers and follow up on pending assignments as instructed.
- Coordinate with employees and departments regarding tasks assigned by Management.
- Assist in organizing documents, reports and information requested by Directors.
- Support basic internal communication and coordination.
Please note: The employee will provide administrative and coordination support and will not be authorized to make decisions or commitments on behalf of the Directors or Management without approval.
Operational Support
- Maintain internal trackers, reports and databases.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Follow up on pending administrative and operational tasks.
- Collect updates from employees and departments when required.
- Assist Management with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in HR, administration or office coordination will be preferred. Freshers are welcome
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up effectively.
- Professional and responsible attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
