Job Title: Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
We are looking for a responsible Site Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance and construction activities across the school campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site and maintenance work.
- Monitor civil, electrical, plumbing, and repair activities.
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance staff.
- Report project progress and maintenance requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of site supervision experience.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in schools, commercial buildings, or construction projects is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Arcot, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
