Educational Support
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) based on the needs and abilities of each student
- Conduct educational assessments and maintain student progress records
- Use appropriate teaching techniques, learning materials, and assistive technologies
- Support academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development
- Modify teaching methods according to students’ learning capacities and disabilities
Student Care & Development
- Provide one-on-one and group learning sessions
- Encourage independent living skills and daily functional activities
- Monitor student behavior and implement positive behavior management strategies
- Assist students in improving communication and social interaction skills
- Promote inclusive education and participation in activities
Coordination & Communication
- Work closely with parents, therapists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals
- Conduct parent meetings and provide guidance regarding student progress and home-based support
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care and rehabilitation
- Maintain effective communication with management and related departments
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
- Maintain student attendance, assessment records, and therapy documentation
- Ensure confidentiality of student information and records
- Submit reports and updates to the management as required
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment
- Follow institutional policies, child protection guidelines, and special education standards
- Participate in training, workshops, and professional development programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
