About the Company
We are a leading manufacturer of high-quality rubber and plastic products, specializing in Rubber Floor Tiles, PU Dumbbells, Steel Dumbbells, Gym Flooring, and Fitness Accessories. We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Officer to expand our customer base and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit dealers, distributors, retailers, gyms, sports equipment suppliers, and institutional clients.
- Promote and sell Rubber Floor Tiles, PU Dumbbells, Steel Dumbbells, Gym Flooring, and other rubber & plastic products.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and order closures.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales updates to management.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Knowledge of the rubber, plastic, gym equipment, will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales.
- Experience in rubber products, plastic products, gym equipment, fitness accessories, flooring materials,will be preferred.
- Local candidates from Bhiwadi, Alwar, nearby areas will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
