Job Title: Center Head
Location: FirstCry Intellitots Preschool, Najafgarh, Delhi
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Head to lead the overall operations of our preschool. The candidate will be responsible for academic excellence, admissions, parent engagement, staff management, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage preschool operations and administration.
- Lead and mentor teaching and support staff.
- Handle admissions, parent counseling, and enrollment targets.
- Ensure quality implementation of the curriculum.
- Organize school events and parent meetings.
- Maintain safety, hygiene, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Education or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of admissions and parent relationship management.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
