Duties & Responsibilities
· Verification of set up approval
· Poka yoke verification
· Conducting Morning Meeting with Associate to share day- to-day Improvements
· & Concerns
· Patrolling inspection of assembly lines
· Daily dock audit
· Collecting and implementation of kaizen ideas from subordinates.
· Updating of control charts, Q and S charts
· Layout Inspection of the products as per Plan
· Conducting product audit as per plan
· On job training to the new operators & Skill Matrix as per procedure
· Man power allocation at FI
Education & Work Experience:
1. Diploma in Mechanical engineering
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
