Silpi Advertising is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead business development and client relationship activities in the outdoor advertising industry. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in hoardings, signage, mall branding, and advertising-related works, with the ability to generate business opportunities and manage client accounts effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead sales and marketing activities for hoardings, signage, branding, and advertising projects
- Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with corporate clients, malls, agencies, and business partners
- Promote outdoor advertising solutions and branding services
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and client presentations
- Achieve sales targets and support company business growth
- Coordinate with operations and production teams for project execution
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Maintain records of sales activities and marketing reports
- Support branding and promotional activities of the company
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in advertising, hoarding, signage, mall branding, or related industry preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle client relationships and business development independently
- Good knowledge of outdoor advertising industry and branding solutions
- Leadership and team management skills preferred
- Candidates from Kerala/Trivandrum preferred
