We are looking for a technically skilled Service Technician to travel to travel to different locations to perform equipment demos and repairs. The Service Technician's responsibilities include traveling to assigned regions, performing routine activities like demonstration, repairs and maintenance as needed and instructed. The Technician will install and test products and provide customers with instructions on the proper usage
of the product. To be successful as a Service Technician, you should have excellent technical and mechanical skills. You should have experience with basic hand, power, and diagnostic tools, and you should be physically fit to lift heavy equipment.
Candidate will report to the GM - Service.
Responsibilities include-
1. Installing and testing company products/ farm equipment’s, and machinery and providing instructions to customers on the proper usage of their product and educating the customers/farmers on how to use and maintain their device
2. Using diagnostic tools to identify issues and evaluating the available information.
3. Fixing defective or broken products or ordering the necessary parts to replace faulty or worn-out parts.
4. Regular servicing of KisanKraft product when required for farm equipment, such as farm or factory machines, diesel engines, fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed
5. Promoting the company's services and products .
6. Maintaining your technical and mechanical skills.
Required experience:
2+ years of experience working in automobile industry (petrol/diesel engines) as technician or mechanics, preferably speaking local Telugu/Hindi
Travel:
Travel is required for this position for product demos, repairs etc
Qualification:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
