Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor who can manage team, create systems, and ensure top-level cleanliness standards — not just follow instructions, but take ownership of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Planning
- Prepare daily & weekly duty rosters
- Allocate rooms based on priority (Due-out, Reserved, Occupied)
- Monitor staff performance and discipline
- Ensure proper shift handovers
Operations Control
- Supervise cleaning of:
- Guest rooms
- Common areas
- Yoga hall
- Restaurant & washrooms
- Ensure all rooms are ready before check-in time (2 PM target)
- Handle high occupancy pressure smoothly
Quality & Inspection
- Conduct room inspections after cleaning
- Maintain hotel hygiene standards (premium level)
- Ensure all amenities are properly placed
Reporting & Systems
- Maintain and monitor:
- Cleaning trackers (Google Forms)
- Room status updates
- Linen & inventory tracking
- Identify issues and update snag list daily
Inventory & Stock Control
- Manage:
- Linen stock
- Cleaning chemicals
- Guest amenities
- Ensure no shortage or misuse
Discipline & Staff Management
- Enforce company policies:
- Attendance
- Grooming
- Leave management
- Handle warnings, performance issues, and reporting
Coordination
- Coordinate with:
- Reception (check-ins, priorities)
- Maintenance (repairs)
- Kitchen/service (if required during rush)
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in hotel housekeeping
- Must have team handling experience
- Should be able to:
- Take decisions independently
- Create systems & improve processes
- Strong discipline & leadership mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
