QUALIFICATION REQUIRED: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce or
Finance (B.Com / M.Com), preferably CA (Chartered Accountant).
EXPERIENCE (IN YEARS): 8 to 10 years in accounting in a manufacturing
company. Should have worked at an Assistant Manager or Manager capacity for a minimum of 3 years. Should have team handling experience.
Qualified CA – minimum 5 years of experience and should have worked at an assistant manager or manager capacity for a minimum of 2 years. Should have team handling experience.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
Accounts: Overseeing the accounts function, handling audits, balance sheet preparation, including trial balance and P&L.
Financial Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports for senior leaders.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Creates yearly budgets and compares actual factory costs to expected spending.
Tax and Compliance: Ensures compliance with local laws, such as GST, TDS, and corporate taxes. Ensuring timely filing of returns.
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Solid knowledge of Indian GAAP
- Must have Knowledge of Company Law, FEMA, Direct & Indirect taxes
- Knowledge of rules and regulations governing Factories will be an added advantage
- Should be compliance-oriented.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills, administrative, and organisational skills.
- Excellent planning and analytical skills.
- Should possess good communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Knowledge of SAP is a must. Knowledge of SAP S4 HAH is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a prerequisite.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
