The Operations Manager shall be responsible for the overall management, supervision, and execution of security and housekeeping services. The key roles and responsibilities include:
1. Manpower Management
Deployment of security guards, housekeeping staff, and other personnel as per client requirements
Ensuring adequate staffing at all sites
Maintaining attendance, shift schedules, and leave records
2. Site Supervision & Monitoring
Regular inspection of client locations
Ensuring discipline, uniform, and proper conduct of staff
Monitoring performance and maintaining service quality standards
3. Client Coordination
Acting as the primary point of contact for clients
Addressing client complaints and feedback promptly
Ensuring client satisfaction and service delivery as per agreement
4. Compliance & Legal Requirements
Ensuring compliance with labour laws, including EPF, ESI, and Minimum Wages
Maintaining statutory registers and documentation
Ensuring adherence to safety and security protocols
5. Training & Development
Conducting induction and on-the-job training for staff
Providing guidance on security procedures and housekeeping standards
Ensuring staff are aware of emergency procedures
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reports
Incident reporting and escalation
Maintaining records of manpower, attendance, and client communications
7. Material & Equipment Management
Ensuring availability of uniforms, cleaning materials, and equipment
Monitoring usage and preventing wastage
8. Emergency Handling
Responding to emergencies such as fire, theft, accidents, or medical issues
Coordinating with local authorities when required
9. Quality Control
Ensuring services meet agreed standards and SLAs
Conducting periodic audits and inspections
10. Billing & Coordination
Supporting billing team with attendance and deployment data
Verifying invoices and ensuring timely submission
The Operations Manager shall ensure efficient service delivery, client satisfaction, and compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
