Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Team Lead to oversee daily accounting operations while leading and mentoring the accounts team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial accounting, statutory compliance, financial reporting, and team management.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of accounting activities.
- Oversee AP, AR, General Ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll, and month-end/year-end closing.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.
- Review team deliverables, allocate tasks, and mentor team members.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, and business reporting.
